ABOUT ME
My Make-Up Artistry Career began at Nordstrom, Mall Of America, where I joined the MAC Cosmetics Team in April of 1994. Through the 15 years I worked with MAC, I was able to become a well known make-up artist in Minnesota, moved to Chicago to be a Trainer for 7 years and gradually moved my way up the corporate ladder as a Regional Director of Artist Training and Development. I was responsible for overseeing and facilitating the training and development of MAC Trainers and their training staff. I helped develop, instruct, educate and demonstrate the values of the brand, product knowledge, make-up theory, technique and superior customer service.
My passion has not only been for the artistry; but the clients I've had the opportunity to meet, develop long lasting friendships with and of course, making every single person feel and look beautiful. I have worked side by side with some of the best make-up artists in the world, had the wonderful opportunity to participate in New York Fashion Week, applied make-up on a handful of celebrities such as; Fran Drescher, Alicia Keys, Cyndi Lauper, Fergie, B52's, Ambercrombie Twins and Missy Elliot's back up dancers. In addition, I've been the key make-up artist for several shows throughout the Midwest.
